1. Search Tips:
All the search fields require only partial information. The
less information you enter, the broader the search. The more
specific the information, the narrower the search.
If you enter information in more than one field,
you will receive results for all fields entered. Doing this
will expand results, not limit it.
A Zip Code
search is the best field to begin with. Enter the first
three numbers of the Zip Code. Only three digits can be
entered. The results will contain all Zip Codes that begin with
those three digits.
You can select a City
by entering as little as the first letter of it's name up through
the entire word.
All States are searched by their 2 letter abbreviation
only.
A Phone Number
search may be the simplest way to find all Centers in a given
area. Start by entering the Area Code. If
you wish to limit the search further, enter more numbers in the
123-456-7890 format. Include dashes (-), but no spaces.
